You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or send through the Services. By using Paipa, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Paipa to send or share content that:

Content moderation

We use automated tools and human review to detect and remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement at our sole discretion.

Paipa is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, the applicable terms will be made available before you make any purchase.

Termination

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT A SENDER’S IDENTITY WILL REMAIN COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING WHEN REQUIRED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability
