Request account or data deletion

You can delete your Paipa account and associated data at any time from within the Paipa app settings. If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at [contact@example.com] from the email address associated with your account, if one is available.

What we delete

• Your account profile, including username and any optional profile details.
• Messages stored in your inbox and any associated metadata visible to you.
• Your preferences and app settings.

What we may retain

• Records we are required to keep to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms.
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, which we may use for product improvement and analytics.
• Information related to a reported safety incident or abuse case for a limited period to protect our community.

Deletion timeline

We generally process deletion requests within 30 days. Some backups may retain data for a limited period afterward, but we will not use that data for any other purpose.

Law enforcement requests
